The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program provides a direct pathway to a green card for foreign nationals who invest in a U.S. business and create at least 10 full-time jobs for U.S. workers. The program includes Direct Investments and Regional Center Projects.
Investment must be at risk and lawfully sourced
