The British Columbia PNP (BCPNP) offers pathways for workers, graduates, and entrepreneurs who can contribute to B.C.’s economy. It includes Skills Immigration, Express Entry BC, and Entrepreneur Immigration streams.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Valid job offer in a high-demand occupation (for Skills Immigration)

  • Post-secondary education and relevant experience

  • Meet minimum language and salary thresholds

  • Entrepreneur applicants must show business ownership/management experience and investment funds

  • Commitment to live in B.C.

Required Documents

  • Job offer from a B.C. employer (if required)

  • Proof of education and credentials

  • Language test results

  • Personal ID and passport

  • Police certificate and medical exam

  • Business plan (for entrepreneurs)
