Must not be subject to a citizenship revocation process

Proof of previous citizenship certificate or ID
Two passport-sized photos
Copy of government-issued ID
Statutory declaration if certificate was lost/stolen
5 to 8 months (urgent processing may be available for travel or legal needs)
