TPS is a humanitarian program for individuals from designated countries experiencing war, natural disasters, or other temporary crises. It allows eligible nationals to live and work legally in the U.S. for a limited time while conditions in their home country remain unsafe.

No serious criminal convictions or national security concerns
Must apply or re-register during designated windows
